I only shop at Save On Foods when it's convenient to stop at or there is a particular item on sale. Although I love the selection of food they have it is very expensive to shop here. I don't know how people can afford to shop here on a regular basis. Their points program is terrible too. You have to spend thousands of dollars to get anything for free

Disgusting pricing. Consistently 20-40% above grocery stores in town or even up north which make absolutely no sense. All their “deals” are complete garbage, either less than 5% off or still so pricey it’s not worth thinking about. $20 for the basic plastic bottled Maple Syrup!!!?? Exact same product is $15 across the road (as in pic) That’s just unpatriotic. Amy’s Soup was over $5 but 30% cheaper elsewhere (as in pic) Started a grocery shop and after a couple isles just walked out. Barely a bag full of essentials (some fruit and veg, milk, nuts) was over $50. I’m appalled. Absolutely not SAVE on foods.. GOUGED on foods more like. And don’t even try to blame inflation because in comparison to other stores it simply doesn’t hold water, just admit you don’t care about your customers and only care about profits, and rename your store. Then we’ll be on the same page and people can stop being lied to.

The largest save on foods in Kamloops. Lots of parking and easy to get at when you are uptown. They pretty much have everything you are looking for and some things that you may impulse buy. Friendly staff and lots of checkout tills to move you through quickly.

Generally speaking you have what I'm looking for; however, for the past couple of weeks you haven't had the vanilla flavored zero sugar Simple Syrup. It is one of my coffee staples and I sure do miss it.

Love this save on but I go out of my way to avoid Vivian… this woman loves to tell me everything that I do wrong while I’m checking out. Does it really matter if you scan my TRU discount at the beginning or at the end?? I’m not buying flowers or wine or pharmacy stuff. Just leave me be and do your job, I’m not paying for a lecture.

Lottery employee is extremely rude. Waited for him for Almost 5 minutes to turn around and was told he didn’t have cash to do a small 60$ payout and pointed to the door and told me to ‘go elsewhere’ I understand he is not a Save On employee but he makes the whole store look bad.

Vivian is one of the main reasons I go to this Save-On! She goes out of her way to give me advice on how to earn points and I’ve not only been able save on groceries, I’ve saved on vacation flights! Thanks for going above and beyond every time, Vivian!
